How important are the sensory evaluation in seafood inspection?
Sensory evaluation is a critical method to assess and determined whether the seafood product is fit for human consumption. It is very important to understand any kinds of sensory evaluation standard to mitigate rejection due to decomposition by the authority in the destination country, such as US FDA. Therefore, our inspectors are equipped with sensory evaluation skills to determine whether the sensory of product is PASS or FAIL based on some of Seafood Sensory Evaluation Workshop that we have been joined as follow:
