A physical and visual inspection to verify the product quality against the order such as product specification and other requirements. The samples are picked randomly by our inspector from packer’s cold storage. It helps to identify potential issues such as wrong workmanship, defects and make correct decision before shipped to customer. A. Pre-shipment Inspection A final inspection is conducted when the inventory of each item reaches 100% complete or at least 80% in final packing. The pre-shipment inspection covers:
– Random sampling by our inspector
– Packaging
– Quantitative aspects
– Quality Aspects
B. Pre-Booked Inspection A physical inspection requested by the buyer, conducted when the packer has ready stock product and before the contract between buyer and packer is made.
C. Preliminary Inspection Physical inspections are conducted few times starting from 1st time production is run until the product stocks reach around 70% (before pre-shipment inspection) according to client request. By doing preliminary inspection, we align the customer¡¦s quality standard, find out the quality issues that happened in early stage of production and minimize error before mass production.
